Our History Directions to the Panhandle Animal Shelter and Thift Shop: From the South (Coeur d'Alene): Go across the Long Bridge into Sandpoint Follow through town on 1st, to Cedar. From Cedar take a right onto 5th Avenue. Continue on 5th to Highway 95. Follow Highway 95 to Kootenai Cut-Off Road. Take a right onto Kootenai Cut-Off Road. The Shelter and Thrift Shop will be on the left across from Pend Oreille Vet. From the North (Bonner's Ferry): Take Highway 95 South to Ponderay to Schweitzer Cut-off Rd/Kootenai Cut-Off Road. Take a left on Kootenai Cut-Off Road The Shelter and Thrift Shop will be on the left across from Pend Oreille Vet. |
